Business Analyst KYC/AML (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include

: - Conducting and monitoring the entire client onboarding process

- Communicating with international clients to obtain and validate KYC documents

- Processing, reviewing, and managing client data and documents during account opening or modification

- Ensuring high-quality and timely processing of client inquiries

- Analyzing existing processes and optimizing them according to regulatory requirements. B. AML/KYC

- Creation, maintenance, and evaluation of statistics on onboarding activities using MS Excel or Jira

- Creation of reports on the status of ongoing onboarding processes for management

- Close collaboration with internal teams such as Compliance, Legal, or Operations.
