As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, design solutions, and validate product features. You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into clear specifications, supporting development teams, and mentoring peers while driving strategic product planning.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, developers, and customers to gather and document business and technical requirements, including scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria
• Assist integration partners with using Epicor’s API and answer development team questions about features and requirements
• Discover complex problems and design solutions, validate product functionality at the end of development cycles, and perform sprint review demonstrations
• Present finished work to customers, identify new scope from demonstrations, and complete impact analysis of scope changes
• Build project plans, priorities, and timelines for Product leadership, and review and negotiate priorities with Product Management
• Work across 1–3 scrum teams and act as a mentor for other team members

What you will likely bring:

• 3+ years of applicable business analyst experience with demonstrated success and knowledge
• Experience with API usage and development required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
