Primary purpose of position The Business Analyst Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing the Port’s efficiency and effectiveness by engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Success in this role hinges on strong skills in stakeholder engagement, influence, and facilitation. As a senior member of the Business Development Team, the Business Analyst Lead provides high-level commercial analysis and strategic insights. This role supports innovation, business development, and trade initiatives, contributing to the Port’s long-term growth and strategic objectives.
