HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

We’re looking for Business Analyst’s to work on a 14 Month fixed term contract to join one of our domain squads on our Core banking programme. Your initial focus will be on our mortgage delivery stream. This role involves working closely with our business stakeholders and development team to shape the lower-level design artefacts (such as, requirements, process maps, acceptance criteria & functional spec) to support the delivery of build work for a dedicated area on the programme.
You will work closely with Product Owners performing end to end business analysis, gathering business requirements and converting these requirements for the rest of the Squad to develop and deliver.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • You are an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background of the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle (e.g from requirements gathering, acceptance criteria to business readiness and delivery).
  • Experience of working in an Agile way (ideally SAFe) and BDD – which must be evident in your CV.
  • Great people skills, pragmatic and independently driven. We shall be looking for candidates who own and drive decisions forward. Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience of working on large scale technology-based transformation programmes.
  • Experience of working in financial services (mortgages experience desirable) or regulated environment desirable.
  • Must be immediately available.
