ROLE: BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping product features and delivering user-centric solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Agile delivery, product discovery, and backlog management, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of product features and components that deliver measurable value.
  • Support product discovery by identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities through research and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user value.
  • Facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies to maintain team focus and momentum.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform iterative improvements and future development.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams to ensure seamless delivery.
