About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our cross-functional legal operations team. In this role, you’ll partner across legal workstreams to improve processes, strengthen compliance, and enable smarter business decisions. You’ll use data, process analysis, and AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and provide actionable insights. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and enjoys translating complex information into clarity and impact. What You’ll Do: Mailbox and Request Management Monitor shared inboxes, log incoming requests, and triage items to the appropriate owners or workstreams. Prioritize and track tasks to ensure timely responses and resolution. Maintain service-level awareness and escalate issues when needed. Administrative and Process Support Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination of meetings, reviews, and project activities. Prepare summaries, trackers, and follow-up notes to keep stakeholders aligned. Maintain up-to-date playbooks, templates, and process documentation to ensure consistency. Data and Reporting Compile and organize data for reporting, dashboards, and recurring summaries. Use AI-enabled tools to support data entry, validation, and insight generation. Assist in tracking key performance indicators and presenting findings in a clear, actionable format. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with internal partners to route questions, clarify priorities, and keep projects moving. Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate routine administrative tasks. Support continuous improvement initiatives that promote efficiency and alignment across teams What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience in business operations, administrative coordination, or process support. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with productivity tools, including Microsoft 365, Excel, dashboards, or AI-assisted workflow tools. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
