LendingMetrics is one the UK’s leading Fintech companies, concentrating on decisioning software and credit reference data. We primarily focus on supplying services to UK clients and are preparing to launch in other territories in Europe and the U.S. LendingMetrics has seen significant revenue and profit growth in the last 12 months and is forecasting continued strong future growth.
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Business Analyst (BA) to help our clients understand how our products can be deployed, designing the right structure for their consumer and decisioning processes. LendingMetrics’ clients cover a huge range of consumer and commercial lending products, resulting in a broad range of approaches. Each approach requires detailed understanding and analysis.
The BA will become part of our Solutions Department supporting a number of critical areas of the business. The BA will have regular, detailed discussions with our clients to design tailored decision engines. They will demonstrate product features as part of a training process for new and existing clients, helping new clients get live while using our services to their greatest potential. The BA will be expected to support sales by confidently presenting solutions and products to prospective clients with specific decisioning needs. The BA will also work closely with our developers to help drive product development.
Only candidates within a reasonable commuting distance will be considered for Remote/Hybrid positions.

BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

· 3+ years’ experience liaising directly with clients, either in a training, onboarding, or analytical capacity
· Experience implementing and reviewing Business and Systems processes
· Strong documentation skills with great attention to detail
· Evidence of problem-solving skills, designing the right structure and solutions
· Highly skilled in both written and oral communication with an ability to discuss and present ideas and solutions confidently and coherently
· Must be competent using excel

BUSINESS ANALYST DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

· 3+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst or equivalent analytical experience
· Experience working in the Financial Services industry
· Experience working with Credit-Risk, lending processes and/or decisioning
· Demonstratable capability to understand new concepts and sourcing information quickly
