Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of mission-critical health application technologies to over 25,000 users across the province. This role will play a pivotal part in the planning, design, and management of initiatives that enhance the efficiency, reliability, and quality of applications directly impacting patient care and clinical decision support. The successful candidate will work closely with application services teams, healthcare stakeholders, and technology subject matter experts to define and document business requirements, develop detailed process and workflow diagrams, and drive incident resolution from investigation to closure. Ideal candidates will bring at least seven years of senior-level business analysis experience, proven expertise in documenting processes and developing operational standards, and a strong background in health-related technology, ideally with exposure to Meditech or Allscripts systems. Exceptional communication skills, advanced stakeholder engagement abilities, and current business analysis certification (PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP, or equivalent) are essential for success in this high-impact, fast-paced environment.
