Requirement Detail/Qualification:
General Duties:
Support the software development team.
Work with both client and development team members to elicit requirements, write user stories, define goals, document requirements, and analyze business functions to become familiar with the business domain.
Identify business work flows and determine stakeholder needs.
Author test case specifications, requirements traceability documentation, and contribute to the compilation and execution of test plans.
Support and contribute to the Agile practices adopted by the development team.

The successful candidate must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement:

• Business Requirements: working closely with the Application Services team and Horizon business stakeholders, the BA will be expected to define, validate and document business requirements related to application change requests.

Deliverable Format: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel as required

Approval: SNB Application Manager or Team Lead

• Process/System Workflow Diagrams: working closely with the Application Services team and Horizon business stakeholders, the BA will be expected to document and validate current state processes and business/system interactions, and to define future state processes and business/system interactions.

Deliverable Format: Microsoft Visio. Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint as required

Approval: SNB Application Manager or Team Lead

• Incident Management and Support: working closely with the Application Services team and Horizon business stakeholders, the BA will be expected to investigate assigned incidents, interact with end users, engage Technology Service SMEs, propose solutions, and follow assigned incidents to resolution.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $48.54-$85.29 per hour
Expected hours: 7.25 per wee
