REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years’ experience as a business analyst.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong background gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Must have an in depth understanding of epics, features, and user stories.
• Must have Agile process familiarity.
• Capable of supporting product installations; escalating support to help product team.
• Ability to collaborate with various department teams including IT.
• Self-starter and eager to learn.
• Casino / hospitality background preferred.
