POSITION SUMMARY:

Business Analyst act as liaisons among stakeholders, understanding organisational structures, policies, and operations. They recommend solutions that help organisations achieve their goals, effectively bridging the gap between business and implementation perspectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Advanced degrees are preferred).
• Understanding of information technology and business concepts.
• Familiarity with general business functions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in D365 Functional Consulting.
• Analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Ability to observe a problem holistically while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to express ideas with diagrams.
• Requirements elicitation skills that help to understand customer expectations accurately.
• Requirement management skills to systematically organize requirements for knowledge management.

• Gather business and system requirements from clients.
• Assist clients in defining requirements and suggesting ideas.
• Create Business Requirement Specifications, System Requirement Specifications, Use Case lists, Use Case details, User Stories, and wireframes for complex Use Cases (if needed).
• Transfer knowledge to offshore teams.
• Assist the Project Manager (PM) with project scope, estimation, and planning.
• Assist the PM in the requirement sign-off process and manage project change requests.
• Act as the bridge between the client and offshore teams to clarify requirements with the development team (developers, testers, UI designers) from both business and system analysis perspectives, and facilitate communication among internal team members.
• Work with testers to verify that all system requirements are fulfilled by the implementation, ensuring traceability between requirements, change requests, and implementation.
• Prepare test scripts, support, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and transition to production.
