Description

Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within Banking or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of payment schemes and payment processing, including SEPA, SEPA Instant, SWIFT, ISO 20022, Domestic and International Payments.
Experience delivering complex business and technology change programmes.
Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and documentation skills.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
A strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
