You will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of Rakuten Card's various stakeholders, and leading the planning and proposal of data-driven solutions utilizing data, AI, and BI. As a liaison between the IT and business departments, you will be expected to foster a data-driven culture and deliver business value. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including collecting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, proposing and supporting improvements to business processes, designing and proposing solutions, and managing and reporting on project progress.
