Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Entry-Level / Associate) to join our team. In this role, you will support business analysis activities by gathering and analyzing data, documenting business requirements, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help identify business needs and contribute to projects that improve operational efficiency and business performance. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business documentation.
- Support project planning, implementation, and monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Assist in creating process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide analytical insights.
- Perform additional business analysis and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Previous internship, project experience, or business support experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Visio, Jira, or similar business analysis tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good command of English; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
