Business AnalystYour new company We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a major digital health program focused on developing and enhancing conformance requirements across nationally significant healthcare initiatives. Your new role Working closely with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts and delivery teams, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing and documenting business and conformance requirements, ensuring alignment with healthcare standards and regulatory obligations. You will contribute to a range of programs.

• Key responsibilities include:Reviewing and re-writing existing conformance requirements
• Eliciting and documenting business, functional and non-functional requirements
• Analysing current and future state processes
• Supporting the development of conformance frameworks and assessment criteria
• Facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirements discussions
• Producing high-quality business analysis artefacts and documentation

• What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex transformation or technology programs
• Experience in digital health, healthcare technology or regulated environments
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills
• Experience translating business needs into clear, structured requirements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities
• Exposure to conformance, compliance, standards, interoperability or assurance activities will be highly regarded
• Experience working across large-scale digital or government programs is advantageous
