About the RoleThis role provides the opportunity to work closely with business and IT teams to improve processes, coordinate technology initiatives, support system implementation, and ensure successful adoption of enterprise applications and digital solutions.

• ResponsibilitiesCoordinate IT projects, system enhancements, integrations, and implementation activities.
• Support project planning, follow-up, action tracking, issue management, and status reporting.
• Prepare business requirement documents, process flows, functional specifications, user guides, SOPs, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate user-acceptance testing, defect tracking, resolution, and business sign-off.
• Support system implementation, go-live readiness, and post-go-live activities.
• Conduct end-user training and provide functional support to business users.
• Drive system adoption, process standardisation, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and coordinate proof-of-concept initiatives for business use cases.
• Identify opportunities for automation, improved reporting, AI-enabled solutions, and operational efficiency.

• Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Project Coordinator, Digital Transformation Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating IT projects, system implementations, enhancements, integrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to improve efficiency.
• Experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, SOPs, training materials, and user documentation.
• Knowledge of analytics or automations will be an added advantage.
• Experience supporting UAT, end-user training, system go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Experience training, guiding, or supporting end users in the use of technology tools is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, F&B, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or supply-chain environments is preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment is a must.
