Your roleWithin Daily Products – Transaction Banking, you’ll help develop and improve cash-pooling propositions, including Target Balancing, Notional Pooling, balance and interest compensation, intercompany-loan administration and digital self-service.

You’ll translate customer needs, commercial objectives, regulatory requirements and technology developments into clear requirements and feasible solutions. Working closely with business and technology teams, you’ll help deliver improvements that strengthen customer value, operational efficiency and product control.

• What you’ll doContribute to product strategy, vision, roadmaps and portfolio priorities.
• Analyse customer, product and process data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into requirements, impact assessments and end-to-end solutions.
• Prepare business cases, decision documents and implementation plans.
• Simplify, standardise, digitise and automate processes and customer journeys.
• Coordinate implementation across teams, managing dependencies, risks and impediments.
• Support pricing, product reviews, operational risk management, controls and audit findings.
• Maintain accurate product documentation, process descriptions and work instructions.

You’ll collaborate with Business Development, Product Owners, IT, Operations, Sales, Client Units, Treasury, Risk and Compliance in a multidisciplinary BizDevOps environment.

• What you bringHBO or university level of working and thinking.
• Experience in business development, product management, process management or change management.
• Experience in, or a strong affinity with, business banking, transaction banking, cash management or liquidity management.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience preparing business cases, impact assessments and qualitative or quantitative analyses.
• The ability to understand complex processes and systems and turn that understanding into concrete improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the confidence to build support and set priorities.
• Affinity with IT, digitalisation, data and Agile or BizDevOps ways of working.
• Awareness of compliance, operational risk and control requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.

• Specific cash-pooling knowledge is an advantage. Relevant transaction-banking or cash-management experience is preferred, alongside the motivation and ability to build specialist knowledge quickly.
