As our Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our company’s strategic initiatives. This full-time position will see you providing high-quality analysis and recommendations to support key business decisions and project implementations.

• Analysing existing business processes, systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements for new and existing projects
• Working closely with our teams to design and implement solutions that address our business needs
• Creating detailed process flows to support the project delivery lifecycles
• Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather information and gain consensus from stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to the project team
• Serving as a subject matter expert, translating concepts and suggestions into clear, actionable insights for the business
