We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Business Analyst with deep expertise in syndicated lending platforms, specifically Loan IQ. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of bridging business needs with technical solutions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience as a Loan IQ Business Analyst (currently working on Loan IQ projects is essential)
• Strong expertise in syndicated lending workflows, Loan IQ modules, and system functionality
• Proficiency in documenting requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scripts
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis within Loan IQ, ensuring clear documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria
• Develop and maintain user stories, functional specifications, and workflows using Confluence and JIRA
• Organize and lead analysis sessions with stakeholders to drive initiatives from design through to test execution
• Support testing by troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues in collaboration with QA teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates both verbally and in writing
