Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
  • Oversee all warehouse logistics activities, including receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and managing inventory accuracy.
  • Inspect incoming goods, verify quantities against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies or damages.
  • Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders to ensure adequate inventory is available to meet production and sales demand.
  • Coordinate shipments, manage schedules, and work with logistics partners to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.
  • Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders in accordance with company standards and carrier requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records in the ERP/WMS system, conduct regular cycle counts, and support annual physical inventory.
  • Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure all warehouse processes comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
  • Developing and implementing corporate dashboards using MS Power BI to provide interactive visualizations and business intelligence.
