JOB TITLE: GUIDEWIRE INTEGRATION BUSINESS ANALYST – SME

We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire Integration Business Analyst SME to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of integration solutions across the Guidewire InsuranceSuite , including PolicyCenter , BillingCenter , and ClaimCenter . This role is critical to enabling seamless digital transformation through APIs, middleware, and scalable integration frameworks.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Integration , preferably involving Digital Portals , APIs , or middleware .
• Strong understanding of the Guidewire Data Model and Integration Framework .
• Proficiency with integration tools and formats such as SOAP , REST , XML , and JSON .
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft , Dell Boomi , or similar.
• Skilled in business process modelling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio , Lucidchart ).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Lead end-to-end analysis and design of integration solutions within Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document integration requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Guidewire integration, including digital portals, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and integration use cases.
• Work closely with architects and developers to ensure alignment with the Guidewire Data Model and Integration Framework.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Create business process models and documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart .
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery of integration solutions.
