SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the London Insurance Market .
  • Strong understanding of the insurance lifecycle : underwriting, claims, policy, and finance.
  • Familiarity with Lloyd’s market processes , including coinsurance, reinsurance, and bordereaux.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Proficiency in business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

ROLE: BUSINESS ANALYST – LONDON INSURANCE MARKET

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in the London Insurance Market to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance lifecycle, including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and finance, as well as familiarity with Lloyd’s market processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Lead workshops and interviews to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including test case creation and defect management.
  • Analyze and optimize underwriting, claims, and policy administration workflows.
