JOB TITLE: CLAIMCENTER BUSINESS ANALYST

We are seeking a highly skilled ClaimCenter Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the insurance claims domain. This role will focus on leveraging Guidewire ClaimCenter to support requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery within a fast-paced Agile environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance claims domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter , including OOTB functionality.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance and the claims lifecycle .
  • Proficiency in SQL , Excel , JIRA , Confluence , and Guidewire Studio .
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to insurance claims processes.
  • Work hands-on with Guidewire ClaimCenter , leveraging out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality to support solution design.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and other BA deliverables.
  • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Use tools such as SQL , Excel , JIRA , Confluence , and Guidewire Studio to support analysis and documentation.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the property and casualty (P&C) insurance claims lifecycle .
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication across business and technical teams.
