The IT Resourcing Team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term contract with a government body.
You will be leading the review and analysis of the organisation’s business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
This is a hybrid role (2 days on site), based in Dublin (close to the Phoenix Park).

• Establish the contribution that technology can make to business objectives, defining strategies, validating, and justifying business needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, producing high-level and detailed business models.
• Create appropriate functional design documentation to meet the business needs.
• Prepare detailed specifications and oversee the development and implementation of solutions, taking into account the implications of change on the organisation and all stakeholders.
• Liaise with management regarding the delivery of process and organisational change.
• Follow the Project Management process and support delivery projects as both a domain expert and in project coordination support.
