Job Description Manage, record, and maintain all transaction data, contracts, and related trading documentation. Perform data entry, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Trading, Finance, and Operations to support trade execution and contract management. Analyze trading data and assist in P&L reconciliation for accurate financial reporting. Prepare and update market and trading performance reports to support traders in pricing and strategic analysis. Create data visualizations and presentations to support management and commercial teams. Continuously identify and implement improvements in data processes and reporting efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data management, trading, commodities, or related industries (fresh graduates with strong analytical and logical skills are welcome). Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and critical mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, macros preferred); familiarity with Power BI is a plus. Basic understanding of P&L and accounting concepts. Strong initiative, curiosity, and willingness to learn independently. Good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills. Fluent in English.
