Business Analyst, Luxembourg (on-site) – EIB Profile: Business Analyst intermediate. Minimum experience: 3 years of experience in the field of business requirement (elicitation & modelling) and Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry. Studies required: Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science. Language: English (C1) MANDATORY. Location: Luxembourg (on-site). DESCRIPTION: The Business Analyst (Intermediate) will work on-site in Luxembourg, supporting business requirement elicitation and modelling activities within a banking environment. The role involves analysing business needs, documenting functional requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective translation of business expectations into structured solutions. The Business Analyst is expected to have solid experience in business analysis practices, prior exposure to the banking industry, and knowledge of bank financial products such as loans, equity, and guarantees. Strong communication skills in English are required, while French is considered an advantage. Mandatory Requirements: Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science. 3 years of experience in the field of business requirement (elicitation & modelling). Preferred Qualifications / Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry Knowledge of English. French would be considered as an advantage Knowledge of the financial products of the Bank (Loans, equity, guarantee) Language: · English (C1) MANDATORY. Location: · Luxembourg (on-site). Rate: · 400-420€/day.
