Role Description
We are looking for a Business Consultant to strengthen our Digital Cards and Mobility Services / Fuel Card Team in Austria.

Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge required

• Five or more years of experience in business analysis and design, preferably within a consulting environment
• Experience of working in an Agile development environment

• Participates in gathering business requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g., facilitated workshops, work sessions and interviews) and prototyping business solutions.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Supports gap analysis highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices, and competition.
• Establishes and maintains networking relationships with middle management in client organizations.
• Understands client needs and matches them to relevant services or products; manages client expectations.
• Understands and communicates goals and critical success factors for the project; sells ideas persuasively and paces the communications properly.
• Support during the entire development process from requirements survey, implementation, through to support in the management of our solutions around fuel cards and on-road services.
• Maintain and manage the backlog of features and user stories for development to ensure that it is aligned to the roadmap and business objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert to the development team to resolve queries, identify opportunities and make the most of the software platform already developed.
• Work closely with the product managers and sales team to support engagement with prospects and existing customers.
