Job Description The Business Analyst – M&A & Digital Transformation leads high‑impact, cross‑functional strategic initiatives for the Group (mergers & acquisitions, divestments, transformation programs). They are involved end‑to‑end, from the ideation phase through delivery and implementation, in close coordination with Executive Committee (ExCom) members. Leading multidisciplinary and international teams, the role ensures alignment of projects with Quadient’s overall strategy and contributes directly to long‑term value creation. Key Responsibilities Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with ExCom members Structure and manage both strategic initiatives and M&A projects, including timelines, budget, resources, governance, and deliverables Translate strategic vision into operational action plans supported by performance indicators Identify organizational, operational, and human impacts and lead change-management efforts through cross-functional teams Lead the end-to-end transaction process, including opportunity identification and engagement, cross-functional due diligence, financial modeling and valuation, and term sheet and contract negotiations Managing M&A and strategic investment pipeline Anticipate and remove roadblocks, arbitrate priorities, and secure decision‑making Provide regular, structured reporting to senior management and the ExCom Lead multiple strategic transformation projects simultaneously Recommend prioritization and arbitration of initiatives driven by the Strategic Operations team Working Relationships : Internal Reporting line: VP M&A and Strategic Operations External Management consulting firms Legal advisors Strategic partners Bankers Qualifications Education & Experience Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent university qualification) Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading large‑scale strategic projects and transformation initiatives, and / or M&A transactions Solid financial acumen, including valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples), financial modeling, and investment case development Proven background in management consulting, financial departments and/or complex, international environments Excellent ability to prepare and deliver high-impact materials (e.g., investment memos, board presentations, transaction updates) and engage with top management and external stakeholders Fluent English required; French proficiency is an asset Key Skills Excellent organizational, structuring, and autonomy skills Natural leadership and ability to rally multidisciplinary teams Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to operate effectively in demanding, high‑pressure environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problem statements Results‑driven mindset with a strong performance culture Additional Information Rewards & Benefits Flexible Work: Embrace a hybrid work model blending office and remote setup for a balanced lifestyle.
