WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO OFFER?

• Master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR or IT
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and experience in business process modeling
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way
• Knowledge of agile methods and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Azure DevOps) is a plus
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style, along with a high level of teamwork and commitment

• Analyzing and defining business requirements in the HR & Payroll domain
• Developing and documenting business cases and optimization proposals
• Collaborating closely with functional analysts and IT teams to implement solutions
• Supporting the implementation of new HR software solutions through testing and
• training
• Continuously analyzing the market and processes to optimize our services
