• Analyze and document business processes, listening to management, stakeholders and developers.
• Research, measure, and analyze requirements and translate to implementation specifications, including one-off enhancement requests as well as large-scale projects.
• Understand functional and process requirements, relevant system(s) and data in order to define optimal deliverable to meet business needs as well as technology goals.
• Build consensus between stakeholders and developers to define clear and testable acceptance criteria.
• Work with developers throughout the SDLC process, validate deliverables, and see them through to production release.
• Document data and process flows, both existing and proposed.
• Work with the team lead to organize, maintain, and track capacity, velocity, statuses, and deliverables.
