To support our continued growth, maintain and improve business efficiencies we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to add to our highly skilled City Services team.

This is a newly designed role working closely with our Senior Business Analyst, to drive a culture of organisational excellence and continuous business improvement. You will be responsible for collating, analysing and interpreting data on current service delivery models to inform recommendations and strategies to improve business processes and efficiencies.
As Business Analyst you will coach and support Council staff and leaders to build capabilities, develop their knowledge and leadership around organisational excellence practices and implementation of recommendations.
