Must Have * 3+ years of business analysis experience on enterprise digital transformation, data, or AI programs. * Proven experience working inside agile squads as the BA counterpart to a Product Owner. * Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and well-formed user stories. * Bilingual capability — Arabic and English — for stakeholder workshops, documentation, and executive communication. * Strong stakeholder management across business, technical, and executive audiences. Nice to Have * Professional certification: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent. * Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or GenAI use cases.

Responsibilities

Elicit and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops to create detailed functional and non-functional specifications. Translate these requirements into user stories and specifications to support enterprise digital transformation and AI programs.
