JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure that business analysis work is included in project plans, manage timelines for requirements gathering and analysis, and oversee the delivery of these components.
• Identify potential risks to project delivery related to requirements, and ensure they are proactively addressed through proper planning and mitigation strategies.
• egularly report on project progress, business analysis findings, and strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Continuously assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through IT solutions.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of IT projects in meeting business needs and objectives.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining alignment with business goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 5 years experience in business analysis, leadership, or IT consulting field.
• Strong interpersonal skills for managing stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT departments, and external vendors.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
