Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze business scenarios and requirements for production, engineering, material requirements planning (MRP), and Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), Configurations, design computer programs, and recommend automated system controls and protocols to solve organizational information issues. Determine operational objectives, gather information and evaluate output requirements and formats. Work closely with end users to analyze, define, model and document systems requirements. Identify project milestones, phases and elements, and keep team within timeline and budget. Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications. Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing. Maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures. May create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training. Partner with business and technical teams in establishing project teams and providing overall direction for the technology development components of projects from initiation through to delivery. Gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications. Serve as liaisons between technical and non-technical departments in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met. Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other results. Reviewing user documentation and training courses on the product functionality being developed Keep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion or other results Acquire new systems knowledge through research, reading and formal training Qualifications REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of relevant experience working with Manufacturing solutions ERP experience required. Ability to analyze and categorize issues in the context of organizational and functional objectives. In-depth functional, technical and market knowledge enabling the provision of appropriate solutions. Solid understanding of current market trends from solution, vendor and end-user perspective. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to gather business requirements from different stakeholders, analyze, design according to the product's principle and write a detailed functional specification with use cases, mockups, UML Diagrams, and other process flows. Ability to act as a primary point of contact for the external stakeholders like Customers, Partners, ISVs and Internal stakeholders like developers, testers, product managers. Ability to take ownership and be autonomous. Strong oral and written communication skills Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
