POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a data-driven, strategic Business Analyst to connect Emotiv’s growth ambitions to quantifiable results. You’ll create, manage, and optimize multi‑channel marketing programs—turning business goals into evidence‑based actions that accelerate acquisition, activation, and revenue expansion.

4. REQUIREMENTS GATHERING & STAKEHOLDER ALIGNMENT

  • Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to clarify campaign scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Provide clear audience maps, campaign briefs, and documentation to ensure alignment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in performance-focused marketing campaigns (preferably tech, SaaS, health tech).
  • Deep experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo), analytics tools (GA4, Looker), and paid media.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Comfortable in agile, fast-evolving environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in neurotech, health tech, or wellness.
  • Certifications: HubSpot, Google Ads, PMP, CBAP.
  • Hands-on with SQL, Tableau, or data visualization tools.
  • Global marketing experience (Europe, APAC, North America).
