BUSINESS ANALYSIS (Marketing-related Project)

REQUIREMENTS, ANALYSIS, AND DESIGN:

• Define and analyze system problems and design testing standards and solutions
• Review and analyze business systems and user needs
• Analyze business challenges, processes, and systems for improvement opportunities
• Conduct interviews and process design work sessions with business partners and team members, and effectively translate between business and technical stakeholders
• Consult with business partners on business case development
• Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Request for Proposals (RFP)
• Design effective business solutions
• Discuss and agree with Programmers Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional requirements document (FRD)
• Function as a liaison between Business Owner, Subject Matter Expert (SME), and IT Programmer
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Design business processes and requirements for software solutions, including functionality, rules, screens (UI), and reports
• Monitor performance, discover variances, and propose necessary actions
• Evaluates current technologies and methodologies and actively seeks improvements or new approaches to derive new or expanded value

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• At least seven (5) years of combined technical and business analysis experience
• Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish), excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals of varying backgrounds, levels, and technical expertise
• Familiarity with software development methodologies
• Ability to conceptualize and think creatively
• Experience in various requirement elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, brainstorming, storyboards, use cases, prototyping, etc.
• Good group facilitation and negotiation skills
• Business Process Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Project Planning, and Functional Design
• Detailed analytical abilities and experience in user testing
• Strong workable understanding of project management Excellent problem diagnosis, analytical skills, and decision making
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Power BI
• Document management & Workflow systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
• Must be self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to operate with minimal supervision
• Strong workable knowledge of software development required; knowledge of structured programming techniques, networking, and database methodologies
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, business case development, modeling techniques and methods, understanding of Agile methodology
