This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a highly analytical and insight-driven Business Analyst – Marketing to support data-backed decision-making across marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, growth, and leadership teams to translate data into actionable insights that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities Analyze marketing data across multiple channels including digital campaigns, CRM platforms, and customer journeys to assess performance and ROI. Partner with marketing stakeholders to define key metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that align with business goals. Generate actionable insights by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer conversion. Support campaign planning by providing data-driven recommendations on targeting, messaging, channels, and budget allocation. Build and maintain regular performance reports, scorecards, and presentations for leadership reviews. Conduct A/B testing analysis and post-campaign evaluations to measure success and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and technology to ensure data consistency and accurate interpretation. Translate complex data into clear, concise insights that enable faster and better business decisions. Continuously improve data processes, reporting accuracy, and analytical methodologies. Stay updated on marketing analytics trends, tools, and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities. What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role with hands-on exposure to marketing data. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful business insights. Experience working with marketing metrics such as acquisition cost, conversion rates, funnel performance, retention, and engagement. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, BI tools, or marketing analytics platforms). Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to work closely with marketing teams and communicate insights in a clear, structured, and business-friendly manner. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in influencing decisions through data. Self-driven, curious, and eager to continuously learn and improve marketing analytics practices.
