The Business Analyst’s responsibilities are in scoping client requirements and designing IT solutions using his/her extensive knowledge of the products’ parts, functions, and processes; and assisting the sales team where technical expertise may be required such as the presentation of the proposed solution
Job Responsibilities
Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Engage with potential clients to assess their technical requirements and business challenges.
Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, mockups, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of the company’s offerings.
Collaborate with the product development team to tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and market trends to effectively position the company’s products or services.
Can confidently demonstrate HealthBlocks’ products and offerings and answer related technical questions from clients.
Help in the preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM).
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any STEM-related course.
Worked in an IT services/solutions firm as a Business Analyst, Software Engineer, or Programmer for at least 2 years.
With strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be eloquent in English communication.
Must be detail-oriented and excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
Highly skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace Applications and
Has experience working with Figma, Canva, or Drawing io is a plus
UI/UX skills are a plus.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
