As a Business Analyst, you will be required to: Collaborate on the creation and monitoring of KPIs to support the achievement of departmental goals and contribute to the development of the annual Hoshin (A3) plan. Track and analyze KPIs on a regular basis, and present progress updates to the Director during departmental performance reviews. Manage the Director’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of business meetings and engagements. Oversee the preparation of reports, financial consolidations, and departmental budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making. Contribute to long-range planning (LRP), budgeting processes, and other key strategic initiatives. Monitor project timelines and follow up on progress to ensure timely and successful completion of deliverables. Provide additional support and perform other duties assigned by management to ensure smooth departmental operations. The ideal candidate should have: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate or project-based environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support data-driven decision-making. Proven project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams. A strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to planning and execution. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities
