In this role, you'll contribute to budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking, while driving process improvements and supporting project delivery. As a Business Analyst you will be required to: Participate in the budgeting process by coordinating with the Central Finance Department and facilitating the finalization of the budget in a timely manner. Participate in relevant meetings with HODs to discuss monthly budget performance. Analyze past weekly performance, identify discrepancies, agree on action points, and follow up to ensure timely implementation and completion. Support the development of performance measures (KPIs) for functional leads. Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports to provide accurate information in a timely manner and support management decision-making. Study customer nature and behavior, attend to customer needs, facilitate visits by preparing strategic business presentations, and generate relevant documentation, reports, and summaries to meet customer requirements. Drive special functional projects for the divisions, following up on deliverables and ensuring timely and accurate execution by liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Provide daily operational support to the Director, including managing time and calendar, and assist in prioritizing activities between internal and external engagements. Perform additional duties commensurate with the role, as and when requested by management. The ideal candidate should have: A Degree or NDT qualification in Textile, Product Development, or Design. A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a project management/ business analyst role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Foundational knowledge in finance, including ROI calculations and project proposal development. Excellent communication skills. Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and timelines.
