Key Responsibilities * Analyze business data and prepare reports, presentations, and business insights for management decision-making.  * Support and coordinate strategic projects, business initiatives, and follow-up actions across departments.  * Monitor KPIs, project progress, and operational performance.  * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support marketing-related activities when required.  * Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for system improvements, digital projects, and process automation initiatives.  * Maintain business records, trackers, and confidential documents with accuracy and professionalism.  * Support effective communication and coordination between management and relevant stakeholders.  * Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.  Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.  * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, marketing, or related areas.  * Exposure to working with senior management will be an added advantage.  * Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.  * Good understanding of business operations, marketing, and digital systems.  * Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.  * Excellent communication and presentation skills.  * Ability to handle multiple tasks with high confidentiality and professionalism.  * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
