KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare monthly reports on budgets, KPI charts for each department in order to monitor and compare, customer complaints register. * Attend meetings with the HODs and identify variances and agree on necessary actions to be implemented * Facilitate visits made by customers, analyze the behavior of each customer and attend to their need. Also prepare strategic business presentations and reports at the meeting   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * An academic/ professional qualification in Finance or Business Management * 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience * Planning & Organizing skills                               * Communication and Negotiation skills            * Analytical Skills
Responsibilities
The role involves preparing monthly reports on budgets, KPIs, and customer complaints, and attending meetings with department heads to identify variances and agree on actions. The analyst will also facilitate customer visits, analyze customer behavior, and prepare strategic business presentations and reports.
