Description

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather, document and validate business requirements
Translate complex requirements into user stories, process maps, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
Support the delivery of new products, platforms, integrations and operational-change initiatives
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance insights
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk and Compliance teams throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions and solution reviews
Support UAT planning and execution, including test-case development, issue tracking and resolution
Prepare clear documentation and presentations for senior management and project stakeholders
Ensure solutions are aligned with regulatory, risk and operational requirements within a fintech setting
