Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… As a Business Analyst you will be accountable for leading the elicitation, analysis, and comprehensive documentation of complex business and technical requirements across multiple workstreams. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Strategy Leads, and delivery teams to ensure that the program backlog is robust, prioritized, and fully aligned with strategic objectives and the envisioned transformative end state for our business. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications Lead the capture and refinement of business and technical requirements across workstreams Develop clear, testable acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes and solution scope. Document current and future state processes to support solution design. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Support integration design across platforms and third-party system, and ensure data quality and governance standards are met. Maintain clear and structured documentation of requirements, processes, and data flows. Identify and escalate requirement-related risks and issues. To be considered for this role you will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications A blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and advanced stakeholder engagement capabilities. Proven ability in bridging the divide between strategic business vision and effective technical execution throughout the ongoing transformation process. PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile/Scrum certifications – for understanding delivery frameworks Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure Devops, and process modelling platforms.
