Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics. The role requires deep understanding of the end-to-end contract managements ideally in commodities, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into structured system solutions. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between front office, risk, operations, finance, and technology teams in BBGC projects in Singapore office. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Lead workshops with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities. Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics (D365 / Dynamics CRM / Dynamics F&O as applicable). Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery. Support data migration, system integration, UAT, and go-live activities. Produce BRDs, FSDs, process maps, user stories, and test cases. Act as the liaison between business users and development teams. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst. Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations or Business Central). Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes. Experience with integrations (APIs, ERP, SAP, third-party systems). Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments.
