Skills and experiences
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with agile methodologies, Lean, Agile, & Scrum
• Proficient in operating ADO, JIRA, and other systems fluently
• Expert attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Understanding and commitment to defining & delivering measurable business value
• Ability to communicate and justify clearly decisions made on a project
• Proficient in establishing trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Skills and experience in the following technologies are an asset: Power Platform (Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), D365 (CRM and ERP), and Sitecore (CMS). Digital Agency experience is required.
