You’ll work in our Setup Team, contributing to our continued growth and innovation in the Casino Platform. About Product: iGaming Platform: With our strong technical team, SOFTSWISS has created a secure iGaming platform that ensures the highest quality of service to clients worldwide. Purpose of the role: You will play a key role in driving product development by transforming high-level business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders, design, and development teams, you will ensure alignment, smooth delivery of features, and well-documented processes that support both short-term project goals and long-term product growth. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine high-level requirements into detailed requirements. Formalization, documentation, and visualization of requirements. Create, manage, and maintain Jira tickets for the development and design teams, tracking them through the entire lifecycle. Facilitate and conduct estimation sessions with the development team. Create, update, and maintain product documentation. Act as a bridge between stakeholders, design, and development teams to ensure smooth delivery of features. Required Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of requirements gathering, backlog management, and product lifecycle. Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and estimation sessions with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze and document business processes, edge cases, and system behavior. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. English on at least Upper-Intermediate level, both written and spoken. Nice to have: Previous experience in iGaming is a strong advantage.
