The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating mortgage business requirements into clear, actionable solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage lifecycle processes, regulatory requirements, and financial products.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to mortgage products and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (loan officers, underwriters, compliance, IT) to understand business goals and align technology solutions.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
• Support the development and testing teams in delivering mortgage-related features or systems.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements in origination, servicing, underwriting, closing, or post-closing workflows.
• Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation of system changes.
• Stay updated with mortgage industry trends, compliance standards (e.g., RESPA, TILA, HMDA), and digital lending technologies.
