Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our UK based clients as their “sparring partner,” helping them maximize value from our cloud-based SaaS Core Banking Engine.
- Facilitate onboarding of new clients onto our platform by aligning and implementing client specific configuration requests.
- Understand customer needs and align them with our engineering teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a bridge between the technical development team and client stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are translated into functional requirements.
- Leverage your mortgage industry expertise to analyse and address client-specific needs, providing insightful recommendations.
- Advise customers on process improvements to enhance their overall experience.
