Job Description
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst Expert to join our dynamic team. The Business Analyst must be proficient in working with Agile project methodologies and have prior experience with CRM systems. Proficiency in MS Dynamics Case Management Solution (CMS) and customer journey mapping is a must have.
They can provide expertise in production of Business Analysis artefacts, both in Waterfall and Agile, such as As-Is and To-Be process mapping, Business Requirements Specification documents, Functional Specification documents, Features, Epics and User Stories. The Business Analyst should utilise the available tool (Microsoft Azure DevOps) and leverage their experience to ensure a formal approach to recording of requirements is taken.

The Business Analyst is expected to be an expert in all phases of the project lifecycle and to take responsibility, subject to the project, for this non-exhaustive list of events:

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Requirements Management Tools: Familiarity with requirements management tools like Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Business Process Modelling: Skill in using tools like Visio for process modelling.
• Digital collaboration: Skilled in using tools like Miro or Mural or MS Whiteboard for ideas collaboration.
• Prototyping Tools: Experience with prototyping tools like Figma.
• Data Interpretation: Ability to translate data findings into actionable insights and policy recommendations.
• Business Process Understanding: In-depth knowledge of government business processes to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the organization.
• Policy Analysis: Capability to analyse and interpret government policies and regulations for their impact on projects.
• Integration Technologies: Knowledge of integration technologies and API’s for connecting systems and data sources.
• Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software for data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional Qualification in Business Analysis or Product Development
• Agile framework certification
• ICT Qualification (Level 7 or above)
• 7+ years of experience in a similar BA role.
• Experience in MS Dynamics and MS DevOps is essential
