Role Title: Quadient Business Analyst

Job Description:

Performance Expectations:

• Strong hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Scaler, Inspire Designer, Inspire Content Manager and Inspire Interactive.

• Experience in designing and developing customer communication management solutions for batch and real-time communication use cases.

• Good understanding of template design, content management, workflow configuration, data mapping and output generation.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• The candidate should work independently in Agile ,interpreting the requirements at EPIC Level and translating into implementable Backlog items, Spike, User Story and Define the Test Strategy and Scenario

• Ability to work with business users to gather, analyze and validate requirements.

• Experience collaborating with QA and testing teams for system integration testing, user acceptance testing and production readiness.

• Good communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Should have German and English Fluency (minimum C1 level)

• Coordinate with the Onshore client and offshore developers and take ownership in handling end to end deliverables

• Experience integrating Quadient Inspire workflows with SAP.
